Generic skills profile:

Applicants must be fluent in English. S/he should be able to operate in a flexible work environment and demonstrate clear professional skills. The candidate must be able to demonstrate high skills in personal leadership, integrity and ability to make things happen and get things don in a complex environment with minimal supervision.
