• To coordinate effective execution of Property Rollout

Role Description:

• Responsible for the administration of First and Second Cuts.
• Responsible for Circulating TSS schedule to all stakeholders.
• Process the sign off of second cuts from RF planning, Transmission and forward to CPM with complete legal documentation for requisition.
• Responsible for Collating and updating all NCAA permit and other building permit.
• Shall accurately update  all database in the region , NETSTAT and Celtel – Operation – property status
• Shall be responsible for managing queries from database update and report back to stakeholders.
• Produce regular reports to the Regional Property Rollout Manger.

Requirement for Suitable Candidates:

Qualification

• B.SC Estate Management/Social Sciences/Law

Experience

• 2 years working relevant experience (preferably in the Telecommunications industry)
• Project Management (Essential)
• GSM general knowledge (Desirable)
• Policies and procedures (Desirable)
• Computer literacy (Essential)

• The Systems Support Analyst will work closely with the internal customers / users and vendors to ensure that the deployed mission critical solution provide the required business benefits through the adoption and implementation of best practice in systems management and operation with world class user support capability.

Role Description:

• The Systems Support Analyst will work with technically experienced, but business focused team to analyze, enhance and manage the support of application and user request and functionalities on a daily basis. The systems required include Mobile commerce applications like MVoucher, Fraud Management System-Ranger, Revenue Assurance System-Incharge, Payphone, Loyalty application and EVD/TPG;  
• Resolves application problems expeditiously with minimum disruption to system users and coordinates user requirements;
• The Systems Support Analyst will actualize policies and procedures guiding the applications above to ensure that integrity of applications are not compromised and maintain optimum security of all data in the platform for business continuity and contingency planning purpose;
• The Systems Support Analyst will directly work hand in hand with the application users making sure that their requirements are met and reports are accurate thereby ensuring that the system is up and running at all time.
• The Systems Support Analyst will work closely with the vendors during implementation and ensure that the user needs are met and requirements are properly implemented to ensure the deployed solution provide the required business benefits through the adoption and implementation of best practice in systems management and operation with world class user support capability.
• Collaborates with other functions within the departments in support of various applications, develop and maintain documentation for supported infrastructure.
• Examines and evaluates existing systems and procedures and identifies courses of action.

Requirement for suitable candidates:

Qualification

• B. Sc in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or any related discipline from a reputable university

Experience

• Minimum of  one year post NYSC experience
• High level of computing, Database Management, SQL/PLSQL queries, Web application tools, application support, business analysis, Windows and UNIX scripting, customer management and reporting skill using intelligent tools as it impact on business.
• High proficiency and good knowledge of organization information infrastructure and end-user support.

• To manage all assigned IT and other group projects in accordance with approved group or corporate PM methodology, Policy, standards and procedure.
• Provide support for the management of the IT Project Office as may be required by the Project Office managers.

Role Description:

• To ensure that all assigned group and Enterprise Projects are delivered within the time, budget and quality constraints as signed off in the Project Scope of work
• To provide effective leadership and keep team motivated for successful delivery of projects.
• To ensure that defined reports are prepared with 100% accuracy.
• To ensure that all assigned projects have appropriate Project management documentation and are updated in the project library.
• To ensure that all IT Group transactions and services are processed and approved in accordance with the company delegation of authority and policies and procedures before committing the company
• To ensure effective financial management of Programme Management and IT group Budget.
• To ensure that all IT group and Enterprise Projects are managed using approved Project Management Methodology
• To ensure that all personnel reporting to you are at all times issued with KPA/KPOs and performance targets for approved periods.

Requirement for Suitable Candidates:
 1         Qualification

• A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any IT related degree.
• Practitioners level certification or equivalent in any PM methodology will be an advantage.

2         Experience

•  A minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in an IT related environment
• Minimum of 3 years practical project management experience based on specific PM methodology.
• Must be proficient on the use of Microsoft Office suit with particular reference to Microsoft Project
• Detailed Knowledge of Project Management methodology, techniques and processes
• Clear understanding of System development Lifecycle
