Supervisor Airport Services – Ref SAS/LD/9200
Our ideal candidate will be customer service oriented with a strong commitment to achieve. You will be responsible for adequate allocation of resources, liaising with ground handling agents and handling operational issues to ensure our passengers and operational expectations are met.

Education to A-Level, you will have a minimum of five years airport ground handling experience, of which two years should have been as a senior station assistant. A proven team leader, you will also have completed any relevant professional training courses and be fluent in oral and written English, with sound working knowledge of Departmental Control Systems.

Passenger Sales and Service Agent – Ref PS&SA/LD/9672

You will manage the sale of our special products and offers, handle ticketing, fares and telephone sales enquiries whilst ensuring high service quality levels. You should be customer service oriented and an effective communicator with attention to details.

Educated to High School Level, or equivalent, you will have two years sales experience or similar within a recognized airline or travel agency and should have completed basic and intermediate courses in fares and ticketing. Proficiency in Geography and Mathematics as well as relevant market and industry information are essential.

Executive Secretary – ES/LD/9686
You will provide secretarial support to the manager, ensuring effective administration of all office procedures and implementation of agreed solutions. A confident people’s person, you will also liaise well with the vendors. 

With at least five years secretarial experience, including two years as senior level, you should be able to multi-task and be customer service oriented with sound communication and organization skills. You will also be fluent in MS Office applications with strong English written and oral skills.
