CT2007 – Specialist – Prepaid Products Implementation
Operator: Zain Nigeria Job Family: Technical & Network
Department: IT Billing
Goal of the Job:
To implement Prepaid products and provide High level support on prepaid charging systems.
Role Description:
* All forms of reporting
* New technology research and development
* Translate Concept design into solution
* Test Prepaid products using User Request Specification (URS) and Functional Specifications
* Attaining KPIs to achieve business objectives
* Detailed implementation specification formulation
* Co-operation with the Planning team
* Implement prepaid products in accordance with best practice
* High level support to operations team
* Technology assessments and trials (RFI/RFP/RFQ)
* DRP implementation
* Maintain test and development systems
Requirement for Suitable Candidates:
Qualification
* BSC or HND in electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline
Experience
* 2-5 years post NYSC experience with the planning & implementation of Intelligent Networks and pre-paid systems
* Must be exposed to first line support roles
* Must understand a project management methodology
