National Spare Parts Manager

HPZ – Lagos

The Role: National Spare Parts Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be located at Ilupeju, Lagos and will be required to use experience gained in the transport, construction or earth moving industries to control the importation and distribution of spare parts from a range of overseas suppliers.

The successful candidate will also be required to:

· Liaise with overseas equipment suppliers to maintain the library of spares list and manuals required to support the franchise.

· Set appropriate central and depot stock levels.

· Place regular purchase orders on overseas suppliers to maintain stock levels.

· Receive and book shipments received into stock spares.

· Dispatch spares stock to outlying depots to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

· Commit to the company’s goal of providing first class aftermarket support to the Nigerian market.

· Have full responsibility for the building of a first-class spares organization.

The Person:

The right candidate must possess:

· Minimum of HND in Business Administration.

· Between 3 – 5 years post NYSC work experience in a similar role.

· Experience in the use of computer based ordering and dispatching systems for spares.

· Knowledge of Ms Word, MS Excel

· Planning and organizational skills

· Good communication skills

· Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results.

Business Development Executive (Tec)

HPZ – Lagos

The Role: Business Development Executive

(TEC)

Reporting to the General Manager Sales, this role will be located at Ilupeju and will be required to manage and direct maximum benefit for the company’s brands while developing new brands to ensure optimal market share and profitability.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Conduct market survey to find market size, competitors, prices and product type preferences.
• Contact and liaise with companies abroad to source suitable products.
• Successfully launch the product in the market with suitable advertising and media support.
• Train the sales force on Product Knowledge.
• Develop institutional customer base.
• Liaise with after sales & service team for proper customer care service delivery.
• Provide regular status report to management.

The Person: The right candidate must:

• Possess a B.Eng. or B.Sc (Mechanical or Electrical/ Electronics Engineering) with a professional certification and/or MBA.
• Have between 5-9 years experience in Product/Business Development and Sales Management.
• Be highly resourceful.
• Have sound knowledge of large sized generator sets market in Nigeria.
• Possess strong prospecting skills.

• Have good computer skills.
• Possess the ability to work well as a team member.
• Have eye for details with excellent organization and time-management skills.

• Have effective written, oral and presentation skills.
• Have ability to conceive and develop products.

Sales Executive

HPZ – Lagos

The Role: Sales Executive

Reporting to the General Manager Sales (TEC), this role which is a supervisory one will be located at Ilupeju, Isolo or Victoria Island Lagos and will be required to promote the sales of a new range of transportation, construction and industrial equipment. These equipments will be priced to sell in large volumes and will be supported by a first class product support team.

The successful candidate will be required to:

· Generate interest in specific product lines allocated through already made contacts in relevant industries.

· Advise management on the type of promotion activities that have proved successful elsewhere.

· Generate on-target sales of the products.

· Hand over new vehicles and equipments whilst ensuring maximum Customer satisfaction.

· Liaise with banks and finance houses to close sales deals.

The Person:

The right candidate must possess:

· Minimum of OND in Marketing.

· Between 3 – 5 years of sales experience.

· A track record of sales achievement.

· Detailed knowledge of the particular market and its methods.

· Good Customer relation skills.

· Good communication skills.

· Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results.
